That is why if u pick up cabin crews at AP Taxi Stand , seldom will kena long distance , most it's short like Flora Drive etc .

Long distance they will go back by vouchers .

Anyway talking about these SATs job, my friends in were telling me that they do these jobs and were owe quite a significant sum of money each, i know of some who were owe more than $1k to more than 2k each. Until now still no money. Really wonder wat's going on . i was told the sum of money owe to them also cannot offset from rental. So everyday pay rental, do jobs kena owe? funny leh. And these jobs are handle and supported by one so called limo group, and if this group is taking a cut from the drivers, so y are they still not paying them?

From the many postings in your forum regarding SATS job.
These are my thoughts.

There are not enough SMRT TD willing to do the job. So they need help.

For me no AP s/c my taxi fuel tank might not have enough diesel to reach the AP.
No midnight s/c, my body will be weak. I believe many TD will be the same,fingers also weak.
They know that, so use vouchers, no need to start meter.
Work O/T will have O/T pay. Doing night shift will have shift allowances.
Not paying full fare. TD not allows to chose destination.
Wonderful terms!

If pax board my cab..."uncle I got only $15 can you send me to...".
Not paying full fare,I got to right to reject.

This scheme is not my cup of tea. Let them rot.
I would prefer to Q at the AP taxi Q for full fare pax.

I dunno about other SMRT taxis , my SMRT colleague encash directly from the cashier at T2 station there after 9pm .

My side we encash via Lake View .

SMRT otang Lake View .... and so far , got otang la , maybe 3 months later then get full .

Limo drivers not many handling those voucher jobs .

Cos not very lucratives .

Sucks la those prices

U must know how to deal with it to get maximium income . Like doing rapport , doing PRs etc ...

SMRT not the right people to deal with it .

In fact , if it's an open tender , and 3 taxi kiosk financila muscle is good , they are the best !!

Boon Lay Taxis , Taman Jurong Taxis and Lake View taxis .... this 3 are good enough to handle those jobs .
